This approach owes as much to Leibniz as the phrase that opens this page, freely inspired by his thought. The German mathematician and philosopher (1646–1716) saw in each monad a mirror of the entire universe, shaped from a vantage point that belongs to it alone.
Here, all processes are built inside the sphere that represents the artificial intelligence: no data, no name, no reasoning is ever exposed to the outside. What leaves the sphere are answers, to a question, or simply to a need.
The model
The large language model that reads, understands and writes: Mistral, Llama, or an open-source equivalent, installed once and for all on your server. It stays the same across trades, like an engine common to all.

Writing & communication
Draft, summarise, rephrase, transcribe dictation: your daily writing companion, never leaving your network.
In plain terms: voice transcription relies on Whisper (or an open-source equivalent), running locally on your server. No audio recording ever passes through a third-party service, not even for simple email dictation.
Document memory
Your documents, your files, your accumulated knowledge, searchable in natural language. The AI answers based on what they contain, without improvising on what it does not know.
In plain terms: your documents are chunked then indexed in a vector database (Qdrant or equivalent), hosted on your server. When you ask a question, the model retrieves the relevant passages before answering, much like a colleague who would reopen the right folder before speaking to you, rather than answering from memory.
Business tools
Blocks tailored to your activity (legal, financial, technical analysis), built around your actual needs, not a generic catalogue.
In plain terms: the model can call small specialised programs (financial calculation, contract clause extraction, compliance checks) written for your specific trade. It is like giving it a calculator or a dedicated legal dictionary, which it consults at the right moment rather than guessing.
Security & access
Who is allowed to see what. Fine-grained access control, exchange traceability, compliance with your industry requirements.
In plain terms: each user only has access to the folders and conversations that concern them, like separate keyrings, and every exchange with the AI is logged. In case of an audit, you can show precisely who asked what, and when.
Workflow automation
Repetitive tasks triggered automatically: a document filed, a report generated, an alert sent.
In plain terms: an event (an email received, a file uploaded, a set time) triggers a sequence of pre-programmed actions, executed on your server. It is the principle of automated task chaining, but at your premises, without going through a third-party cloud platform.
Integration with your tools
Office, email, existing business applications: the AI installs itself into your current tools, it does not ask you to change them.
In plain terms: the AI plugs into your existing software through their standard connectors (email, office suite, business application), much like a new employee who would use your tools from day one rather than imposing their own.

Your AI also draws from external sources (documentary, legal, financial, industry-specific, depending on your activity) that feed the model without ever letting your data out. These are just examples: there are as many possible feeds as there are real needs.
